What to write in your question?

The more detailed is your message, the quicker we will be able to understand the issue and find the answer.

Hi,

I purchased a license for Ali drop ship plugin and would like to change the domain name for the site the license is linked to. The current name is cartesblanc.com this site is no longer active. I would like to change the domain name to a domain name I have recently purchased Homemakersdream.com .

Hello, if you need to use your license key on another domain, you need to contact support and ask them to reset the license key.

I am looking for the drop shipping course but I don’t think so this business works in india, as far as I know this works for developed countries like USA,Uk and western countries, not in India.since India is one of the developing country.

Only i have one big BUT.
Delivery takes a long time, what can be done about this issue????
i prefer satisfied costumers. I only can use Aliexpress or is it possible to connect other wholesellers, if i buy a ready to start Alidropship webshop???

Hi I just started this alidropship ,Some of the things is still confusing .I am trying to import products from Aliexpress..the prices in the Aliexpress is much cheaper ,after import to my website the prices are changing higher ?…could you please explain why and how will i make my profit ….is it automatically do the profit ?….for example an earing in Aliexpress is $1.68 but afer importin to my website it goes higher as $8.95 ….so if the customer purchase thjis item ,how much profit i will make ?

Hi, thank you for your interest!

After you import a product from AliExpress on your website, you increase its price yourself! You can think of a new price for every product, and change it manually if you want. For example, if an earring’s price is $1.68, you can put any price at all – $3.5, or $8, or $10, or any other.
If you’re using AliDropship plugin, it applies a pricing formula to your products – it increases the prices automatically to save your time. This is why the price for that earring changed to $8.95 automatically after import. You can change it manually if you don’t like it, and you can change the whole formula, too – please watch the video here https://help.alidropship.com/en/articles/2236407-pricing-markup-formula

So, your profit is your price minus your seller price. If your earring’s price is $8.95, and your seller’s price is $1.68, your profit is $8.95-$1.68 = $7.27

hello, i just started my dropshipping, i would like to ask because i imported free shipping products but the problem after placing my order, it notify that the product ordered will not deliver this country or with a fee for the shipping. What i will do, i am stuck with this issue because the customer paid already and i could not shoulder the shipping fee.

Hi, thank you for your question!
There are 2 possible solutions:
1) You try to quickly find an identical product from some other AliExpress seller who has better delivery terms, and place your order there.
2) If you can’t find anything similar, contact your buyer, apologize for the inconvenience, and say that you have to cancel the order and make a refund. In this case, you need to be very polite, and offer the buyer some bonus – for example, a coupon or a gift – if he makes another purchase from you.
